Alivid is a personal health dashboard. The point of the app is to help you understand your own health data — so we collect only what we need to do that, store it under your account, and never sell it.

What we store

When you sign up, we store your email address and the profile information you choose to enter (display name, goals, dietary preferences, training notes, optional date of birth, sex, and height).

Whenever you log a meal, weight, workout, sleep, mood, or any other metric — manually or via an integration — that record is stored in your account on our Supabase Postgres database, located in the United States.

Connected services

You can optionally connect third-party services. Each is opt-in; nothing is connected until you grant permission.

• Strava — workouts you've logged. We pull data every hour via OAuth-authorized API access.
• Apple Health (iOS app only) — weight, sleep, heart rate, HRV, VO₂ max, steps, and workouts read on-device from HealthKit. The data is sent to your Alivid account when you tap "Sync now"; we don't read in the background without your action.

AI coaching

Conversations with Alivid's AI coach are sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Anthropic processes the messages to produce a response and does not use them to train its models. The coach also has a memory feature: short, factual notes it extracts from conversations and stores in your account so it remembers you across chats. You can review or delete any memory at any time from Settings → What Alivid Knows About You.

Push notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store the browser/device push subscription so we can send you the weekly recap and the occasional proactive check-in. We never push more than a couple of times a week, and you can turn it off in Settings → Notifications.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.
• We don't track you across other websites — there's no analytics or marketing-pixel SDK in the app.
• We don't read your HealthKit data in the background. Sync only happens when you tap the button in Settings.

Your control

• Edit or delete any record — every metric, meal, workout, memory has a delete button.
• Disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations.
• Delete your account — open Settings → Account → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and we permanently erase your profile, every logged meal/workout/ metric, chat history, memories, and integration tokens. There is no undo. If you can't reach the in-app flow for any reason, email hello@alivid.appand we'll do it manually within 24 hours.

Children

Alivid isn't intended for users under 13.
