Common questions

I connected Apple Health but nothing's showing up.

Open the Health app on your iPhone → tap your profile (top right) → Apps and Services → Alivid → make sure every category is set to "Allow". Then return to Alivid → Settings → Integrations → tap Sync now.

Strava workouts aren't appearing.

Strava syncs hourly. Brand-new connections backfill the last 30 days on first sync. If a specific workout is missing, email us with the date and we'll check on the server side.

How do I export my data?

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Your data, and tap Export JSON (full structure) or Export CSV(a spreadsheet-friendly zip). It downloads everything in your account — profile, meals, workouts, metrics, subjective logs, plans, recaps, and memories — in one file, instantly. If you'd rather we send it, email hello@alivid.app.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm. We permanently erase your profile, metrics, meals, workouts, chat history, memories, and integration tokens. If you can't reach the in-app flow for any reason, email hello@alivid.appand we'll do it manually within 24 hours.

Is Alivid medical advice?

No. Alivid is a personal-tracking tool, not a medical device. For any health concern, talk to a doctor.
